2. Recognize the importance of sensitization to food allergens in EoE in children and adults, comparatively;
3. Update on the diagnostic investigation "in vivo" and "in vitro" of IgE-mediated and non- IgE-mediated sensitization to food in patients with EoE;
4. Learn and know how to use the main dietary approaches employed in the treatment of EoE.
