Symptom score were recorded on regular intervals 1st at the beigning of SLIT, then at completion of 1st maintenance vial i.e. 3rdvial then at every next maintenance vial. All patients  follow up done about 4 to 5 times during Sublingual immunotherapy[SLIT] at regular intervals.

Number ofAeroallergens included ranges from average of 4 to 8 allergens.Glycerinated aqueous Allergenic extract from various Allergens were taken as per their sensitivity pattern.Different Allergen extracts suspended in extracting fluid [coca solution] containing 50% Glycerine i.p. according to w/v ratio. Usual concentrations were Initiation  1:500,Build up 1:250,Maintainance 1:50, 1:20,1:10.

Results: In above study results were encouraging. In symptom score scale of 0 to 3.[0: No symptoms ,1: mild ,2: Moderate,3: Severe]All patients were having severe symptoms before starting of sublingual Immunotherapy. At the completion of 24 months of Sublingual Immunotherapy,Out of 58 patients 49 patients were on score 1,7 patients on score 2 and 2 patients on score 0.

Conclusions: Sublingual Immunotherapy showing promising results in cases of Chronic Allergic Rhinitis
