Learning Objectives:
-          To recognise early, this immunological mediated, lung disease known as  allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis. (ABPA)

-          This disease is  predominantly seen  in asthmatics and is caused by hypersensitivity to the fungus Aspergillus Fumigatus

-          To initiate early treatment so as to prevent lung damage and reduce morbidity

-          To seek for  allergic Aspergillus sinusitis which is often associated with ABPA
