Learning Objectives:
Ocular involvement in allergic reactions is often considered of minor clinical relevance. However, some allergic eye diseases are very severe and may cause the loss of vision.

This presentations aims at presenting severe ocular allergies and at calling attention on signs, symptoms and co-morbidities that may help in identifying the phenotypes of ocular allergy  which deserve joint attention by allergists and ophthalmologists.
