The attendees to the symposium will learn: 1st) how to diagnose the subjective symptom of loss of smell, 2nd) which are the main causes (sometimes more than one), 3rd) how to make the differential diagnosis, 4th) which diagnostic tools including olfactometry should be performed, and 5th) which are the potential evidence-based therapies to improve the loss of smell.
