Review the advances in the pathogenic mechanisms of chronic pruritus and their relevance for clinical management

Discuss the diagnostic workup  in patients with chronic pruritus

Give guidance about the therapeutic management of chronic pruritus,  including practical aspects,   appraisal of the conventional treatments as well as the latest progresses in therapy

Propose an algorithmic approach to  clinical management for the different types of chronic pruritus
